TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.
His background tells you something. It says the person running this has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. But better than a random name you cannot trace.
The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities institutional desks use. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade did the opposite. Unusual for a new broker.
What you can trade: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, ETFs. A wide spread. For something this new, the breadth is solid.
What You Trade On
They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Having both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.
MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, EAs, massive community. If you have traded on MetaTrader before, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better depth of market. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural once they try it.
Direct FIX connectivity is available for algo traders but requires the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is reportedly on the roadmap. That will make the platform set once it is live.
Costs
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Works for beginners.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. This broker has no minimum.
VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not for most retail traders. Skip it unless you move real size.
Infrastructure
The speed is the thing this broker actually does something different. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.
Does it matter? If you scalp, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Put together those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the total package is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.
Regulation
Now, the thing you need to be straight about. TabTrade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.
However. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Dodgy operations do not bother with Equinix connectivity. That does not make it safe. It should factor into your assessment.
What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that makes sense comes down to your priorities.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical sign-up bonus. You fund your account, the broker add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before funding.
